Allana Ferguson bio
Allana was picked to be a part of Australia at Rugby Sevens 2013, but subsequent knee injuries kept her out of the game. It took several years to Allana to re-enter rugby league. Allana played with distinction at the helm of New South Wales during her debut women's Rugby League game against Queensland in 2015, a game she also played in 2015. Allana has also been a regular radio host, and is regularly on 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana also holds a teaching diploma. Allana Ferguson holds the rare privilege of representing Australia in three different sports: rugby sevens along with touch and rugby league. Allana Ferguson, Jillaroos player who played in an extensive period of rugby league but had to stop her career early after she tore her ACL for the fourth time. Ferguson was 25, and was able to tear her ACL on the same spot between the age of 15-17 and at 20. After the fourth tear she knew it was time for an end. Ferguson, JILLAROOS playmaker and fourth-year ACL injured, had to quit in the early hours. Ferguson was injured in November in a practice session. The Courier Mail confirmed the announcement in this week. Ferguson has been the female rugby league's face in the past few years.
